Align-ment is a self-knowledge practice for adolescent girls. It is a practice tool, not a mental-health service or medical device.
By creating an account you affirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are not 13, do not create an account. You can come back when you turn 13 — we’ll be here.
What you write in the app is yours. The app uses your writing to respond in the moment. We do not share your writing outside the app unless you explicitly share it with someone in your circle, or unless safety signals require a human reviewer to see what you wrote.
